Appellant was convicted of the offense of aggravated robbery and sentenced by the court to thirty-five years confinement. the Court of Appeals affirmed the conviction. Lagrone v. State, 742 S.W.2d 698, No. 2-82-030-CR (Tex.App.-Ft. Worth 1982). We granted appellants petition for discretionary review to determine whether the appeals court erred in holding that the trial court properly denied appellants motion to suppress a confession that appellant maintains was the tainted product of his illegal arrest. Finding appellants arrest to be lawful, we affirm.
